24.7 Region Release Timetable

The following region update dates are in local time for each region.

The standard Cyara Support timetable applies to this release. Cyara will offer technical support for 1 calendar year after this release is live, and this release will be marked as end of life after 2 years.

Note: Future Cyara Releases will contain all features delivered in this release.

24.7 Platform Features

• CP-43657 - Feature: Dynamic CLI/ANI assignment for Velocity and Pulse Tests 

  • Previously Cyara platform was assigning a single CLI/ANI caller identifier to a call, or a user could specify a specific number from our pool for testing purposes. This limited ability to run linked Customer - Agent (CX-AX) scenarios due to number overlap.

    We have added ability to automatically rotate CLI/ANI from our pool, it is no longer necessary to specify a CLI in the Phone Number field. There is also a major benefit for customers using CX Models, the capability will automatically rotate CLIs for call paths going end to end from customer to an agent.

24.7 Platform Updates

• CP-44489 - Changed: Behavior for selection of Testcase in CX Model Generation Report

  • Modified the behaviour on the list of Test Cases in the CX Model Test Case Generation Report, so that to toggle the inclusion of a Test Case you must click on the checkbox, instead of just clicking on the row.

• CP-42939 - Changed: Virtual Agent: Twilio + Azure SSO support for credential input in a popup window

  • Twilio Flex SSO can be configured to open the login in a new browser popup window. Cyara Virtual Agent now is capable handling such scenario.

    An additional CVA environment attribute is introduced which should be set if using Twilio / Azure SSO configuration with login credential input in a popup window -

    • sso-by = azure

    • sso-ui-provider-popup = true

24.7 Issue Fixes

• CP-21206 - Fixed: API3.0 - Delete Folder Endpoint

  • Resolved an issue with the Cyara 3.0 API where the delete folder endpoint would incorrectly return a 400 response.
