24.10 Region Release Timetable

The following region update dates are in local time for each region.

The standard Cyara Support timetable applies to this release. Cyara will offer technical support for 1 calendar year after this release is live, and this release will be marked as end of life after 2 years.

Note: Future Cyara Releases will contain all features delivered in this release.

24.10 Platform Features

• CP-47384 - Feature: Virtual Agent: Support for Amazon Connect Agent Workspace
  • Cyara Virtual Agent by default supports Amazon Connect Contact Control Panel (CCP), with this latest update Cyara has added options for Amazon Connect users to go CCP or via the Agent Workspace route.
    Use modifier=agent-app-v2 key to switch to Agent Workspace. Follow Virtual Agent server connection documentation for more details.
    In addition we have made it easier to go to the new Amazon Connect domain my.connect.aws, it is now used as a default based on Amazon Connect guidelines.

24.10 Platform Updates

For the Cyara 24.10 Release, Cyara has continued to deploy security updates to maintain our globally recognised security compliance rating. Additional features are being developed and will be showcased in upcoming Cyara releases.

24.10 Platform Issue Fixes

• CP-46029 - Fixed: Port Type Reverted on Load Test Calendar
  
  • Resolved an issue where editing fields in the Load Test Calendar booking calendar, would revert the selection of a Port Type back to the default of PSTN.
• CP-47256 - Fixed: Import for Blocks with Audio Steps
  • Updating a Block by importing through CyaraXML could return an error if it included audio steps. This has been resolved.
