24.12 Region Release Timetable

The following region update dates are in local time for each region.

The standard Cyara Support timetable applies to this release. Cyara will offer technical support for 1 calendar year after this release is live, and this release will be marked as end of life after 2 years.

Note: Future Cyara Releases will contain all features delivered in this release.

24.12 Platform Features

• CP-49031 - Feature: Genesys Cloud SendDtmf activity support added

  • Cyara Virtual Agents using the Genesys Cloud platform can now use the SendDTMF activity.

24.12 Platform Updates

• CP-48333 - Changed: Restricted access to audio files uploaded through Prompt Analyzer page
• • • Audio files uploaded through the Prompt Analyzer page are now restricted to the user that uploaded the file. As such download links can no longer be shared between account users.

• CP-49132- Changed: Enhanced CX Model Generation Report

  • When generating Test Cases from a CX Model that is using a Dataset, if a Test Case requires data but there are no matching Scenarios in the Dataset the report will include the details of the missing Column. 
    This will be the first decision (name and value) that is missing, or the first empty input (name) that caused the last scenario to be excluded. There may be other rows that do have these missing values, but they were already excluded by previous checks.

24.12 Platform Issue Fixes

• CP-49085- Fixed: CX Models - Test Case Generation issue
  • When generating Test Cases from a CX Model into an existing folder, it was possible for an exception to occur that would cause the generation to take longer than necessary. This has been resolved.
