[CP-4424] - Feature: Functional/Regression testing Plan "Velocity" added to the Platform
The Velocity Plan type has been added to the Cyara Platform. Velocity focuses on Functional/Regression testing supported by a model-driven approach to speed up test development and maintenance cycles. Call load is now more evenly distributed across available Call Engines in a wider variety of scenarios.
[CP-4675] - Feature: CRV - Verint Support
Added support for Verint Call Recording version 11.1.
[CP-4678] - Feature: Call Engine - Support for SIP Diversion header
In Cyara Outbound voice scenarios with some carriers, to correctly route calls that have a Diversion header, we sometimes need to use the Request-URI (instead of the To header) as the Called Number. To allow this, the CE has a new configuration parameter in the SIP section: UseRequestUriAsCalledParty. The default is False, but when set to True and the CE receives a call with a Diversion header, the phone number in the Request-URI will be used as the Called Number that is used to route the CE's incoming call to the appropriate Outbound Test Case.
[CP-4738] - Feature: Voice Scheduler - Dynamic Prefix and Suffix
Voice Scheduler now supports dynamic Prefix and Suffix generation based on Voice Call Routing Rules. Each Route element can now optionally be configured with Prefix and Suffix to use for dialing.
[CP-4761] - Feature: Call Engine - Ability to strip plus (+) sign prefix from received calls to ensure correct Outbound Test Case is matched
On calls received by Cyara (e.g. in an Outbound Test Case), some carriers deliver the Called Number with a leading plus (+) sign. To correctly map the Called Number to an Outbound Test Case, the plus sign needs to be removed. This feature adds a new StripLeadingPlusOnIncomingCalledParty parameter in the Telephony section of the Call Engine's configuration file. This parameter defaults to False, but when set to True, any leading plus sign in the Called Number is removed prior to looking for the corresponding Outbound Test Case.

The Cyara Platform now requires a new version of RabbitMQ and Erlang. Please refer to the Deployment Guide for specific versions for each component.
[CP-4683] - Changed: Standardised Logging
In this release, all Platform Components have had their logging settings standardised. This includes: - Logging configuration moved to a separate XML file, inside the same folder as the existing Platform Component .config file, called "log4net template.xml".
- Log file name format has been made consistent across all Platform Components.
- All Platform Components automatically generate two sets of log files, the Standard log file, and an Error and Warnings (EW) log file. The EW log file contains only the errors and warnings from the Standard log file.
- By default, each set of log files has a total size cap of 1gb, and purge independently of each other (eg. a Platform Component can have up to 1gb of Standard logs, plus 1gb of EW logs, for a total of 2gb of logs).
[CP-4694] - Changed: Crawler - Model edit screen
The panel of the right hand side of the Model edit screen is now expandable, allowing the user to make full use of their screen as required.

Support has been added for a number of additional Test Case failure reasons.
[CP-1911] - Fixed: Speech Recognition - Currency Tag inconsistency across different languages
The Currency Tag would sometimes incorrectly return a no-match result, even when the audio was correct, due to inconsistent handling of the Currency Tag across different language implementations.
[CP-3438] - Fixed: Dashboard - Ticker obscures last lines of Service Group
When the Ticker was enabled on a Dashboard with many Service Groups defined, the last few lines of the Service Group would be obscured by the Ticker.
[CP-3972] - Fixed: Speech Recognition - Choice Tags in ETH with empty option
If an Expect to Hear contained a Choice Tag, where one of the Choices was empty (ie. silence), the recognition result could be marked as a false positive with a recognition score of 3.1%.
eg. {Choice Hello|Hi|.} you've reached bank ABC
[CP-4139] - Fixed: Speech Recognition - ETH with a single wild card returns no-match
When an Expect to Hear only contains a wild card (eg. "{*}" ), the Speech Engine was incorrectly returning a no-match. The Speech Engine now always returns 99.9% confidence in this situation.
[CP-4169] - Fixed: Test Case saving produces error
Attempting to save a Test Case could show an error if the user had previously failed to upload a Scenario file that was rejected by the Portal's validation.
[CP-4180] - Fixed: Data driven Values with special characters
Data driven parameters with special characters were incorrectly being truncated in the editor after the first occurrence of a special character.
[CP-4182] - Fixed: Data driven parameters cleared
Data driven parameters could incorrectly be cleared when a Test Case failed to save with a validation warning.
[CP-4272] - Fixed: Speech Proxy load balancing improvements

[CP-4567] - Fixed: Email Campaign Stop/Start error
Starting and then stopping an Email Campaign in rapid succession could cause the Email Coordinator to error. This scenario is now handled correctly.
[CP-4597] - Fixed: Block Steps resetting some values
If an existing Step had a threshold, confidence, or PSST of 0, and the Expect to Hear field was edited, the former fields would be reverted to their default values. These fields now only revert if the Expect to Hear was empty before being edited.
[CP-4612] - Fixed: Dashboard - Failed Spots being incorrectly displayed as amber
When the fail threshold is being used, contiguous failures count as satisfactory until this limit is reached. After this point the Dashboard updates these amber Spots to red. In some cases these failed Spots were incorrectly not being updated to red.
[CP-4620] - Fixed: Missing Dashboard results
Service Groups that had Test Cases that had only ever had connection failures were incorrectly missing from the Dashboard.
[CP-4629] - Fixed: CVA - Cisco Finesse Agent Object Details

[CP-4749] - Fixed: Agent Desktop - Desktop Client still registered after Windows session logged out
On Windows 10, the desktop client was failing to unregister after the Windows session had logged out.
[CP-4758] - Fixed: Audit Log export error

[CP-4767] - Fixed: Database Purge utility exception fix
The purge utility would fail when it encountered a Chat media record that had an invalid value (empty string).
[CP-4780] - Fixed: Dashboard Service Group with Pulse Retry
New Service Groups created with the "Pulse Retry" option enabled were incorrectly being saved with the option disabled.
