The Voice Scheduler can now be configured to assist with managing the CAPS generated by bulk Pulse calls.

[CP-3830] - Feature: Executive Dashboard - Historical data display

By default the Executive Dashboard only showed 72 hours worth of data. This is now configurable on a per Platform basis.

[CP-3776] - Fixed: Executive Dashboard locking up

Portals with Executive Dashboard installed, and with a very high volume of Pulse calls, could in some circumstances lock up and require that the Application Pool be recycled.

[CP-3783] - Fixed: SIP Record-Route header not honored

The Cyara 6.8.0 Call Engine was not honoring the SIP Record-Route header due to a regression in a third-party library. The vendor has issued a patch which is included with this release.

[CP-3841] - Fixed: Portal - Crawler User Account lockout

Under very high load, the User Account used by Crawler to communicate with the Portal could become deadlocked, requiring a Portal restart to resolve.

[CP-3859] - Fixed: Portal - TLS authentication

When TLS 1.0 and 1.1 was disabled in IIS, the Portal and Identity web services were unable to communicate with each other.

[CP-3873] - Fixed: CVA Desktop - DisableAgentCtiActions

The CVA Desktop Automation Property DisableAgentCtiActions was incorrectly not registering for events in Avaya.

[CP-3932] - Fixed: Crawler Test Case exporting

When exporting Test Cases from a Model from Crawler, the Test Case name was incorrectly truncated at 80 characters. Additionally, when exporting with Blocks, Reply Steps had incorrect names.
