[CP-3485] - Fixed: Portal login session expiration

Portals configured to use non-sliding session expiration were not honoring the configured expiration duration. The Portal will now correctly expire these sessions after the configured duration.

[CP-3494] - Fixed: Degraded Portal performance for high traffic Platform installations

Some temporary files that were being generated by the Portal on the host Windows file system were not being disposed of after use, causing a gradual build up of temporary files. For Cyara Platform installations with high user traffic this build up of temporary files could lead to degraded Portal performance. The Portal now generates less temporary files, and correctly disposes of them after use. For pre-existing large installations, Cyara has a tool available that can clean temporary files that pre-date this release. This tool can be used while the Cyara Platform is running.
