[CP-2072] - Changed: Campaign Pre-Run Validation
Users are now warned to edit Campaign run-time parameters subject to Account or Plan constraints, if the Campaign violates the constraints. Previously, the Campaign parameters would automatically be set to the Account/Plans maximum value without warning, or the Campaign would enter an Aborted/Internal Error state.
[CP-2546] - Changed: IVR Crawler Service Startup
When the IVR Crawler and Message Bus are installed on the same host, the IVR Crawler was failing to start if the Message Bus had not completed its own startup. The IVR Crawler service has been changed to "Automatic (Delayed Start)" to allow for this scenario.
[CP-2631] - Changed: CVA - Agent Desktop Client identification
Previously, Agent Desktop Clients were identified by their machine name, which was not granular enough for client identification with Microsoft Terminal Services. This field has been removed from the UI, and Agent Desktop Clients are now identified by their FQDN, as well as detailed session information.
[CP-2764] - Changed: Media Storage Service Startup
When the Media Storage Service and Message Bus are installed on the same host, the Media Storage Service was failing to start if the Message Bus had not completed its own startup. The Media Storage service has been changed to "Automatic (Delayed Start)" to allow for this scenario.

Test Cases that had long names, descriptions, notes, or data-driven URLs, could occasionally encounter an error when attempting to preview a dynamic data-driven feed.
[CP-2073] - Fixed: Load vs Unsuccessful Graph
The Load vs Unsuccessful graph was incorrectly overlapping results in the same time slice, instead of stacking them. For example, 2 failed calls and 1 satisfactory call had a column height of 2, instead of 3. The graph now correctly stacks calls in the same time slice.
[CP-2435] - Fixed: Outbound Campaign Error Messaging
Attempting to run an Outbound Voice Test Case with a phone number not in the Accounts allowed list was providing inconsistent error messaging between the Web Portal and Email notifications. Additionally, the error message in the UI is now displayed wrapped. Previously, it would exceed the form boundary.
[CP-2506] - Fixed: Voice Scheduler error when sending alerts
Alarm Profiles configured with email addresses/mobile numbers containing a trailing comma or semicolon were not receiving alerts, due to parsing errors. Trailing commas or semicolons are now handled correctly.
[CP-2690] - Fixed: Chat/Agent Campaigns running on inactive and disabled Accounts
If an Account was inactive or disabled, and a Campaign on that Account was not disabled, the Campaign would incorrectly keep running according to the schedule. Campaigns will now no longer start if the Account is inactive or disabled.
[CP-2692] - Fixed: CVA - Linked Agent Deletion
Agents were incorrectly able to be deleted when they were attached to a Campaign. Agents linked to a Campaign can no longer be deleted.

If an Agent's Behavior contained conditional execution steps, the Real-Time report would occasionally not update after the Behavior had finished.
[CP-2784] - Fixed: Expiry Date fields not autofilling over HTTP

[CP-2795] - Fixed: CVA - Agent Server Relationship
Attempting to create an Agent <-> Server relationship when there were no Servers configured was raising an error and not displaying the dialogue box. The dialogue box will now open and display a warning that there are no Servers configured.
[CP-2818] - Fixed: REST API - Called Number missing from Get Test Cases route
The REST API was incorrectly returning the calledNumber field as null when displaying Test Case details. This has been fixed in versions 2.0 and 2.1 of the API.
[CP-2844] - Fixed: CVA - Agent Desktop Campaigns with misconfigured Agents
Running an Agent Desktop Campaign with Agents that do not have a desktop address configured will now cause the Campaign to fail to start. Previously, the Campaign would run and subsequently fail when an interaction was received for misconfigured Agents.
[CP-2919] - Fixed: REST API testResultsFeed - old results
The testResultsFeed API route was incorrectly returning data earlier than the requested fromDate. This has been fixed on version 1.0 of the API.

[CP-3070] - Fixed: CVA - RDP Network Level Authentication
When Network Level Authentication (NLA) was enabled, the Agent Desktop Manager was unable to initiate a remote connection with the Desktop Client. The Agent Desktop Manager can now be configured to negotiate a connection using NLA, with credentials provided through the Web Portal.

When viewing a Chat screenshot in fullscreen mode, the zoom controls were incorrectly reversed.
[CP-3088] - Fixed: CVA - Agent Desktop Custom Activities
If a Custom Activity had a timeout less than the script's run duration, and the Activity is not marked as "continue on failure", then the screenshots for the Behavior's execution were not available through the Web Portal.
[CP-3123] - Fixed: CVA - Agent Desktop Interaction Detection
When defining an Agent <-> Server relationship, under specific circumstances the Interaction Detection Script was ignoring the first line of the specified Custom Activity.
[CP-3129] - Fixed: Purge Tool Account Exclusion
When the exclude Account option was supplied, a validation error would be displayed and the tool would not run. The exclude flag now behaves as intended.
[CP-3146] - Fixed: Load Campaign Authorization Emails
Attempting to run a Campaign on an Account without the "Allow Load Campaign" permission was queuing the Campaign and marking it as pending, however the Load Authorization Email was not being sent.
