[CP-2014] - Feature: User Administrator Role
A new Role has been added specifically for administering Users. Only Users with the User Administrator Role can Create, Delete, Attach, Detach, and Update other Users. This Role applies to Regular and Super Administrator Users. Please see the User Guide for more information.
[CP-2015] - Fixed: Exception on User Logout
When Users logged out, an Exception was being raised when attempting to add an entry to the Journal, as some data that was required for the Journal entry was no longer available because the User's session had already been destroyed.
