Problem Description:
When the Campaign with Cisco Finesse Agent is aborted, every time the Campaign times out and gives Internal Error.
Reason:
The reason codes are not added in the Agent attribute
Solution:
When configuring CVA with Cisco Finesse, add the reason codes in the Agents attributes as shown below:
a) when Agent changes to NotReady state
Cisco Finesse Optional NotReadyReasonCode String Reason Code to use
b) When Agent is Logging Out
Cisco Finesse Optional LogoutReasonCode String Reason Code to use
For example -
If we start the agent campaign again, the agents will be logged in and Ready successfully.
