- Fill out the form:
- Specify feature category/categories
- Provide a detailed feature/idea description
- Provide supplemental information: text documents, screenshots, logs, etc.

Where we can have a status on our opened feature request ? how do we know the feature will be included in the product roadmap or refused ?

This is the great question! Support can be your interface to raise an idea as well as we can provide you a status on the previously raised idea. However the best channel is to utilize our Customer Success team to review, get the status and prioritize feature requests.
