As a radical solution I would clean up the entire VHOST and let the services recreate them.
These would be the steps to follow:

Open up the RMQ Management page and navigate to Admin:

Select Virtual Host Option

Select the VHOST you are using

Typically it is "/"

Delete this virtual host

This means that all queues to be removed and recreated by Cyara services when they require them.

Note: It must be done during the maintenance window when there are no Campaigns or validations are executed.

Recreate Virtual Host

Create a new VHOST with the same name as just removed one:

Restore Permissions
