Very helpful article!
Are the language ASR codes to be available in the Tag drop down when entering your Expect to hear?
Unfortunately, not at the moment. It will be corrected in future versions.
Therefore, users will need to use the raw tab and add the appropriate {Language __-__} tag ASR Codes. Do we know what version this will be up and coming? Do you have a feature request already in the hopper?
Dr. Linda
I know that it's a little late, as this feature is available for quite a long time, but I am still happy to inform you that this feature is implemented, and now you can select languages from the dropdown.
Dropdown has all the supported/installed language packs on the platform, Cyara doesn't limit them.
I will keep this article available until the end of this week and archive it then.
Thank you. I see the updates in the most current version on the hosted site. Just another reason to upgrade our on premise solution.
