Many Cyara users having difficulties using Voice tag to override the default Text-to-speech (TTS) Voice set for the Account. Here are the most common questions asked:

How to use {Voice} Tag?

• Open Reply With field menu
• From the Reply Type drop-down, select Speech
• From the +Tag menu, select {Voice}
• Click on the Language selector Dropdown, then select the language
• Click +Tag

If TTS Voice set for the Step1 will the next Step go back to default TTS Voice?

Yes.

Can {Voice} Tag be used more than 1 time per step?

No. Using more than one {Voice} Tag is not allowed.

How to override the default TTS Voice for the entire Test Case? Is it possible?

It is possible. Users can override default TTS Voice for the entire Test Case by adding the {Voice} tag into the Notes field of the Test Case.

What TTS Voices are currently supported by Cyara, and what are the most common TTS Voice Codes?
