The Dashboard Notification service was causing excessive load on the Web Portal when constructing alerts. A new Dashboard Feed service has been introduced to remove the processing load on the Web Portal.

[CP-6860] - Fixed: Stuck Pulse Campaigns

Under certain circumstances, Pulse Campaigns were incorrectly being displayed in the Web Portal as Running, even though no Calls were being attempted, requiring the Campaign to be Aborted and started again for Pulse Calls to resume.

When exporting Test Cases and Blocks, if a Test Case referenced a Block that was not saved at the root of the Blocks folder, then the resulting export incorrectly had an empty folder path for the Block, and the Test Cases would subsequently fail to Import as the required Block was not imported at the expected path.
