What Is The Retention Period For Test Results And Recordings?

• Test results are retained for a minimum of 12 months
• Call recordings are retained for a minimum of 3 months. After 3 months Recordings are moved to the offline storage, and may not be accessible through the portal.
  • Recordings can be restored from the off-line storage upon request
