In some situations, the IVR system doesn't need Caller ID info for testing. This feature is now available in Cyara.
Blocking Caller ID
The following SIP Attribute should be used in the Called Number field of a Test Case or a CX model:

When this Attribute is used, the calling party is displayed as 'Anonymous'
Note: Please note that not all carriers support the Caller ID blocking feature.
