IN some situations there is a need to duplicate a CX Model. Here are simple steps to duplicate a CX Model.

How TO Duplicate a CX Model

Method 1:

1: Open a CX model you wanted to duplicate

For example "test demo"

2: Click on the "Action" button and select "Export to JSON"

3: Save the exported JSON file to the desired location.

4: Open the exported JSON file in a text editor like Notepad++

5: Change the "Name" of the CX model.

For example "test demo Copy"

6: Exit from the CX model 

7: Goto CX model menu and click on "Import"

8: Click on the "Select File" and select the JSON file which you exported and saved in step3

9:  After the import is complete, you should see this message

Method 2: 

There is also an option to duplicate the model from the portal UI.

Steps to follow:

1) Open a CX model. 

2) Click on the Action drop down

3) Click on "Duplicate CX model"

This should create a copy of the model
