When we report issues to the Cyara support, they need the version of specific Cyara component for identifying the bug or to reproduce the issue with the same version of that component.
It should be noted that the version of each Cyara component may be different
For example, Cyara portal version and the Call Engine version are different.
How to Find out the version?
1)Go to the server where the Cyara component is installed
2)Go to the Control Panel
3)Go to Programs
4)Select 'Uninstall a program'
5)Select the required component of Cyara
6)The last column of that component shows the version.
