Platform Release Version 7.7.1

Platform Features

[CP-9980] - Feature: GoTo Elements have been added to CX Models

CX Models now contain a GoTo Element to allow the Model flow to navigate to other parts of the Model. This allows the reuse of certain Blocks or merging the CX Model flow after it was divided by Menus or Decision Elements.

Platform Changes

[CP-9451] - Changed: Virtual Agent Desktop Client upgrade to .NET 4.6

The Desktop Client now requires .NET 4.6. The .NET Framework upgrade will ensure that connectivity to Platform Components is more resilient against networking issues that may arise during a testing run. Due to this, support for Windows XP is ceased. Windows 7 or higher is now required.

Issue Fixes

[CP-9100] - Fixed: CX Models: Paging through Custom Phrases

Paging through the Custom Phrases list within a CX Model will no longer return the same results from page 1 of the Custom Phrase list.

[CP-9335] - Fixed: CX Models: Thresholds in Test Cases

Min/Max threshold values updated in CX Models will now be correctly reflected in the generated Test Cases.

[CP-9892] - Fixed: CE.Next FullCalledParty

CE.Next will now correctly include the host in the FullCalledParty field.

[CP-9935] - Fixed: CE.Next Inter-Digit Silence

CE.Next now correctly inserts a 200ms inter-digit silence for each comma.

[CP-9946] - Fixed: CE.Next Phone Number Constraints

Further improvements have been added to the phone number constraints on CE.Next; invalid number formats will now prevent calls from being attempted.

[CP-9962] - Feature: CE.Next DTMF Timing Settings

A number of configuration options have been exposed in the CE.Next config file that controls DTMF timing.

[CP-9972] - Fixed: CE.Next Response Time Reporting

In certain circumstances, if CE.Next detected DTMF tones and speech as part of the same Step, then the response time for the Step could incorrectly be reported to the first DTMF tone, even if the speech was detected first.

[CP-9979] - Fixed: Accounts Usage Tab General Error

The Accounts Usage tab will no longer display a general error if there is no usage statistics to display.

[CP-9985] - Fixed: Order of SQL scripts in scripts installer enforced

In some operating systems the execution order of SQL scripts was not functioning as intended. The order of operations is now strictly enforced.

[CP-9986] - Fixed: Duplicate Failure Notifications

Multiple failure Notifications for the same failure will no longer be sent by the Pulse Dashboard when a Call is retried.

[CP-10009] - Fixed: Editing Elements in a CX Model

Resolved a rare issue where clicking on an Element within a CX Model would fail to load in the right-hand side editor panel.

[CP-10025] - Fixed: CE.Next no response to SIP INVITE

In the event that no response was received by CE.Next to a SIP INVITE, but the far end had already started sending RTP audio, then an issue could occur where the Call would fail with "No answer within X seconds", even though the Call Recording contained captured audio.

[CP-10063] - Fixed: CE.Next: Optional AudioLength Step Internal Error

Where the ETH for a Step contained the {Optional AudioLength} Tag, and the Optional Step was skipped during Test Case execution, an issue could occur which prevented the Step recording from being uploaded to the Media Storage Service. This would generate error logging, and the Step immediately following the Optional Step would not have a Step recording available.

[CP-10134] - Fixed: Optional AudioLength Step recording upload failure

CE.Next will no longer initiate a race condition which could result in a failure to upload audio to the Media Storage Service.
