We are pleased to announce the launch of Cyara 7.8. This release features enhancements across the platform, including:

• Integration Templates – This release offers new integration templates for Jira, ServiceNow and Splunk.
• Support for Cloud Contact Center Platforms – This release introduces the Cyara Accelerator for Genesys PureCloud, as well as CVA Support for PureCloud and PureEngageCloud. 
• Velocity Retry Failed Test Cases – A new option to retry only failed/satisfacgtory calls within a Velocity campaign has been added, allowing for a new Campaign design.
• Custom Pulse Reports – The Custom Pulse Reports now offer additional configuration options with new reporting categories, which will be included as additional files in the reporting email.
