Problem:
How to assign a specific ANI to a particular Call Engine?
Solution:
In order to assign a specific ANI to a particular Call Engine we have to make changes in the Call Engine or Call Engine Next config file i.e. Cyara.VoiceCallEngine.exe
In the <Telephony> section of CE or CENext config file set the ANI number at the “value” section for “OriginationAddress”. And then save the config file.
