Background : 

The Pulse extra call will happen when the following conditions are  met :
1. if the Extra Pulse Call setting is configured
2. if the Major or Minor Threshold limit is exceeded
3. if the call failure results in alarms to be sent
4. needs to fail or be satisfactory a given number of times which is set in the Threshold fields in the Test Case without observing a Success result in between.

Scenario:

The test case is configured with the Alert Frequency : "Once" 

Limitation:

Extra Pulse call is triggering based on the fact that same alerts are to be sent out.
With Once mode, if the alert has been sent previously for the same issue, and no Success result was observed in between, there will not be a new alert sent out, which means there will be no extra pulse call, as it is tied to alerting.
