Replay & Crawler
In the Fall of 2017, Cyara introduced Velocity, which combined capabilities of Replay and Crawler, and extended functionality in a variety of areas.
Since the Fall of 2017, we have continued to enhance Cyara Velocity, and the feature gap between Velocity and Replay and Crawler continues to grow. In addition to enhanced IVR discovery and design capabilities, Velocity also provides a unified framework for integrated customer experience-agent experience testing, and for omnichannel testing.
Today we are announcing a formal end of life of Replay and Crawler:

The upgrade path from Replay is Velocity. There is no degradation in functionality in moving from Replay to Velocity, and we have made investments in making the upgrade easy and seamless to our customers, ensuring that you don’t lose test cases, campaigns, users, etc.
We genuinely want to work with each remaining Replay client to create a path to Velocity, where we can support your long-term needs with the best functional testing solution we deliver.
