As of Cyara Release 20.3 (scheduled for September 2020), the Internet Explorer 11 web browser
will no longer be a supported browser to use while using the online Cyara Portal.

Why the change?

This change is the result of Microsoft's change in web browser development, to focus on Microsoft Edge, rather than Internet Explorer. The Cyara Portal supports the latest build of Microsoft Edge (v.83 and higher).

Unsupported Browser Notification

Logging into the Cyara Platform using an unsupported browser will display an notification, as well as a recommendation to change to a supported browser. 

Which Browsers Are Supported?

At Cyara we always recommend using the most up to date version of your choice of web browser. Microsoft browser support is still available by using the latest build of Microsoft Edge (v.83 and higher).
The Cyara Portal is also compatible with both the latest builds of Mozilla Firefox (v.58 and higher), and Google Chrome (v.64 and higher).
