Format of the Called Number and ANI (CLI)

The carrier always prefers to have the called number and the calling number in E164 format.

If the called number is not in E164 format and the ANI is not a valid ANI, call termination is not guaranteed.

Customer should always write the called number in E164 format (without a + sign as Cyara adds it automatically.)

For example the correct called number for US is:

18558434662 where 1 is country code and 8558434662 is the called number.

Similarly, the ANI that you are using should be a valid ANI and the format should be E164.

For the ANI field, you can add a + sign

Example:

18558434662;From:+16508256802

In this example, +16508256802 is the ANI used.
