We are pleased to announce the launch of Cyara 7.7. This release features enhancements across the platform, with new capabilities in CX Models, web testing, and enhancments to the Pulse Mobile App.

• Decision Elements in CX Models – This allows for representation of business logic in a CX Model.
• Export to Amazon Connect – Users can now export CX Models to files that can be imported into Amazon Connect, and automatically create a Connect Flow.
• Pulse Mobile App – The Pulse Mobile App has a new tab which provides a summary view of overall CX health. And, new Alarm Profile personalization capabilities enable individual users to tailor the alerts they receive.
