Starting with AGD v20.2, AGD can provide a unique ID instead of the alive tone.

• To enable AGD to play the unique ID, update a setting in the AGD configuration file Cyara.Agd.Desktop.exe.config:

</setting>

• Change the default value from 0000 to any other number
• Restart AGD for changes to take effect

Note: When ID is set, for instance 7040, the AGD will play the following text:

A G D seven zero four zero

If the ID is not set, the AGD would produce the alive tone instead.
