To configure an environment for HTTPS using Cisco Mobile Finesse you will need the below attributes/configuration.

Server Name = Name of Cisco Server

Server IP/Host = HTTPS URL of the Cisco Server

Server Port = Port of the Cisco Server

Backup IP/Host = Backup HTTPS URL of the Cisco Server

Backup Port = Backup Port of the Cisco Server

Channel = Agent Voice

Attributes = Enable Tls=1 [as Boolean]

NOTE - This requires Cyara Virtual Agent Coordinator 20.2.2.9 or above
