Configuring virtual agents for Cisco Mobile Finesse

To configure the virtual agents for Cisco Mobile Finesse you will need the below attributes.

Agent DN = extension of your agent

Agent Switch Login = agent login id (not login name used in the login screen)

Agent Switch Password = password as it is in your screen (may or may not be needed based off the Cisco configuration)

And additional keys to enable mobile

RemoteLogin = 1 (BooLean)

AgentRemoteNumber = 1234567890 (Typically this DID is provided by Cyara) (String)

AgentCallMode = 3 (This is Per Call)

AgentCallMode = 4 (This is to keep the line open for the duration of the agent)
