Cyara phone in many terms is like any other normal web based phones from where one can call to any number. Cyara phone creates the test case based on live interaction with the call made from Cyara Phone. All the DTMF pressed, Speech replies spoken and the prompts played by IVRs are recorded and used to create a test case which can be directly used for future tastings.
Due to some unforeseen issues, if the Cyara phone is not able to make the calls. Below points for troubleshooting can be checked and verified.
- Checking if the Cyara Phone is in the Ready state or not.
If this does not show as Ready, the console (press F12 or ctrl+shift+J) logs should be checked. If there are any errors , collect the console logs / errors by right clicking and save as. The logs can be later shared with the Cyara Support team for investigation. - If there is any network or browser permission related issues, should go to https://networktest.twilio.com/ and run the network test. It would give the detailed results of the test.
