Overview
The Cyara Call Explorer can require additional network connectivity access to be granted, if you are using it behind a network firewall for example. The below tables cover which IP Addresses and Port Ranges should be allowed through your network firewall.

Voice Media Servers Connectivity Requirements
The following IP Address Ranges and Port Ranges should be allowed through your network firewall if you are unable to connect to Cyara Call Explorer and place voice calls correctly.
Note: The Source IP and Source Port are for the device on your network that is using Cyara Call Explorer.
