2021.1.2 New Features

[CP-19800] - Feature: New Text To Speech Voice Support.
Finnish, Norwegian and Polish voices are now supported in TTS (Text To Speech) generation with the following voices;

• Finnish, Onni
• Finnish, Satu
• Norwegian, Henrik
• Norwegian, Nora
• Polish, Krzysztof
• Polish, Zosia

2021.1.2 Issue Fixes

[CP-19195] - Fixed: Load Test Calendar - Validation Errors Executing Cruncher Campaigns
Cruncher Campaign Executions were failing with validation errors in certain scenarios, even though the scheduled time was valid and was attached to a confirmed booking slot.

[CP-19538] - Fixed: Cyara Portal - Handling of Accounts with a high number of Agents
If there were too many agents in the account, some operations like saving environment, searching for the agent, cloning the agent were slow and even resulted in portal becoming unresponsive for a short period of time. This has been rectified by limiting the number of agents presented during search, to a fixed value and asking users to refine the search criteria.
New config setting was added to web.config of portal: "AgentSettings.SearchAcrossAllFoldersLimit". It will limit the returned number of Agents when searching across all folders on Agents screen or when adding agents to the campaign. Default value for that setting is 10000

[CP-19622] - Fixed: Prompt Analyzer - Unable to Analyze prompts
Resolved an issue where Cyara Prompt Analyzer was unable to analyze audio due to increased latency.

[CP-19678] - Fixed: Cyara API - Failure to Import Test Cases with Blocks
Resolved an issue where customers were unable to use Test Case Import API to Import their Test Cases, if the Test Cases contained Blocks.

[CP-19905] - Fixed: Cyara API - Test Result Feed Performance Improvements
Retrieving a large number of Test Results via the API could take a significant amount of time or would return an internal error. This hotfix includes performance improvements to the TestResultsFeed, an API call that previously would take 41 seconds to complete will now finish in 7 seconds.
