21.2 End of Support Notice
Dragon & Krypton Service Changes

- As the 21.1 Cyara Release was the last Cyara Release to support both Dragon and Krypton Speech Transcription Services, support for these services have now changed with the release of Cyara 21.2.
- Google Transcriber is now the primary transcription service offered by Cyara.
- Dragon Transcriber is no longer supported by the Cyara Platform (For both On-Premise and the Cyara Hosted Cloud Solutions).
- Krypton Transcription can be deployed in an On-Premise environment upon request, please contact Cyara Support if this is a requirement for your upcoming deployment.
21.2 New Features
[POR-E-40] Feature Upgrade: Cyara Call Explorer out of BETA

- Formerly named “Cyara Test Phone”, a new method of authoring Cyara Test Cases by placing a call manually into an IVR using a WebUI Phone. Cyara records all actions performed on this call and translates these steps into a Test Case.
[CP-16163] - Feature: A remote desktop pre-login script to bypass legal notice screen

- Previously when opening a remote desktop session in Desktop Manager it was not possible to acknowledge a legal notice or perform a secondary login.
- Now a PreLogin script can be uploaded to Desktop Manager which will execute a keyboard sequence after the remote desktop connection is established. The sequence is configurable and can bypass legal notice or send username and password for secondary authentication.
- Note: For robust testing environment we still recommended to disable legal notices and secondary remote desktop login
.
[CP-19390] - Feature: Microfocus ALM / QC integration for Cyara Cloud platform

- Integration with Microfocus ALM / Quality Center 15.0.1, 15.5.0 versions.
- The integration can export Voice Test Cases and Voice Campaign Results from Cyara Cloud to an ALM instance. The integration does not include the transfer of Test Case data drive details.
- The integration requires connectivity from Cyara Cloud to an ALM instance either via Internet or a C3 connection. Connectivity can be established by entering username / password or Auth Key details.

- MOS and Confidence Score Columns for available in the grid now for failed and satisfactory results and if there are no MOS values then there will be no selection available in the filter and if there are MOS and Confidence Values then filters can be applied with or without blanks
- Export This View will now include MOS and Confidence Score columns as well wherever available
[CP-19658] - Feature: Save Button for Result Reclassification

- Users can make changes and then click on a new SAVE button to save changes.
- If users attempt to move away from the page without saving the changes, a browser prompt that you have unsaved changes will be displayed.
- For large datasets, an additional warning dialogue will appear to warn of potential performance overheads.

- The BargeIn Tag is now supported in Cyara CX Models. The current implementation of this tag does not use the Tag Builder pop-up, instead the Tag is added directly to the Model Element. Support for configuring PSST of the BargeIn Tag via the Tag Builder will be added in an upcoming release.
[CP-19938] - Feature: New Tag - {SayDigits}

- A new Tag is available to be used in both Cyara Test Cases and CX Models. This Tag allows users to setup 2-Factor Authentication responses where a PIN must be spoken to the target IVR for example. The SayDigits Tag will speak digits in the Reply With field. The {SayDigits} Tag is supported in CX Models, but currently can not be inserted via the TagBuilder, this functionality will be added in an upcoming Cyara Release.
[CP-19429] - Feature: MOS Reference and PreConnect Audio File are Locally Cached

- To prevent Cyara storage outage due to too many requests, we added local Caching to CE.Next for MOS reference and PreConnect Audio files this will reduce number of requests dramatically resulting in less load on network and Cyara Media Storage.
- New configuration parmeter added to TestCaseHandler section
- CacheKeepTimeMinutes = default is 60 minutes.
- This time is sliding and restarts every time the file is used.

- Users will see Cyara Internal categories in the results if any of the calls fail because of Cyara Internal Errors. However users will not be able to modify the results classification to these internal error categories.
[CP-20384] - Changed: Call Engine Next - Graceful Shutdown Parameter

- A new parameter has been added to the config for Call Engine Next to allow for Graceful Shutdown. This setting will stop the Call Engine from taking new calls and will allow pending test cases to complete. The default setting for this parameter is 300 seconds.

- For accounts with a large number of stored transcriptions created from past crawls, Crawler was timing out when querying the database for the entire set. To resolve this issue, we have now removed the need for Crawler to do this database query before adding new transcriptions.

- When a Web Test case completes, results are batched and processed in bulk. If one of these results failed (due to a validation error) the whole batch was lost.
- Now if a batch fails, all the results will be processed individually to ensure there are no records lost.
[CP-10861] - Fixed: Campaign Statuses logging exceptions

- Resolved an issue where Voice Quality was incorrectly updating from MPSR to PESQ. This would occur when in the "Expect to Hear" pop-up dialog no audio file was selected, and the user changed to "Data Driven" tab and clicked on blue tick button without entering any value in Data Driven parameter field.

- Resolved an issue where changing the value of a Step Variable comparison (EqualTo, Contains, etc.) would be reflected correctly in the Tag definition in the Prompt text box, but was not updated properly in the Tag Builder UI resulting in a mismatch these two.
[CP-19388] - Fixed: SMS - Optional Step not working for an Expect timeout

- When an SMS step is marked as optional and the expect to hear times out, the Test Case will continue on to the next Step. It will correctly indicate a failure on the Test Case for this step once completed.
