Individual step recordings can now be played directly on the voice test case result page. If further analysis is required the recording can be downloaded and opened in your favourite audio analysis tool.
[CP-21899] - Feature: Support for Small Load Test executions without the need for a Load Test Booking
Cyara users can now execute Cruncher and Cruncher Lite Campaigns that use up to 5 ports without the need for load test booking via the Load Test Calendar. Consult the Cyara User Guide for more information on this feature.
[CP-21971] - Feature: CE.Next - Startup Configuration Change
Cyara Call Engine Next has changed it's startup procedure, instead of reading a CSV from the local filesystem CE.Next will instead collect configuration options via a Message Bus request. If Message Bus does not deliver data, CE.Next will fallback to reading from the filesystem as before.
[CP-21994] - Feature: Enhancements to Voice Call Routing Rules
Voice Call Routing Rules have been enhanced with a range of new parameters to allow or force different CLI, Consult the Cyara Deployment Guide for more information on these new call routing rule parameters and their usage.
[CP-22047] - Feature: Optional and Consecutive Optional steps support Multilingual Expect to Hear Steps
Implemented support for Language override Tags on Test Case Steps that contain Optional speech. Only One language Tag is supported, meaning that a single Optional step supports a single language. (While normal Test Case Steps can be multilingual).
[CP-22417] - Feature: Ringing Event Delay Handle config added in Agent config file
Ringing Event Delay Handle config added in Cyara Virtual Agent config file. Consult the Cyara Deployment Guide for more information on this new configuration option.

The core Cyara Database Service has been re-targeted to run under .net core, which will provide improved performance and stability. Consult the Cyara Deployment guide for more information.
[CP-22460] - Changed: Maximum port Density on Windows
We have revised Maximum Call Engine Next port density on Windows to 1150.

21.4 Issue Fixes
[CP-6274] - Fixed: Web Test Cases - Blank response times
When the response time for a Web Test Case Step is calculated and the associated reply is missing, this would return a blank response time. This has been changed to now calculate from when the expect Step was executed instead.
[CP-15191] - Fixed: Web Test Case support for Chrome version 92
Resolved an issue where Web Test Cases would fail due to a Google Chrome incompatibility error. Cyara Web Test cases now support Chrome version 92. This has been tested using Chrome version 92.0.4515.107
[CP-21414] - Fixed: Cyara 3.0 API - Campaign Run Results Endpoint invalid JSON
Resolved an issue with invalid JSON being returned for the Campaign Run Results endpoint, refer to the Cyara API Documentation for the full JSON to expect from this endpoint.
[CP-21765] - Fixed: Interaction ID for Genesys CVA agents truncation
It was observed that while running CVA for Genesys, the last 4 characters of the interaction ID would be truncated. This issue has been resolved and it all new interaction identifiers will be stored correctly.
[CP-22108] - Fixed: Voice Scheduler rejecting incoming calls
When an Outbound campaign is under-provisioned, a corresponding Cruncher campaign will no longer result in a significant number of rejected calls even if existing calls complete.
[CP-22150] - Fixed: Unexpected error when logging out of Cyara Portal
When a User's session had timed out, if that User then clicked on the logout button from the Portal they would receive an unexpected error.
[CP-22449] - Fixed: Unable to use Integrations on a Campaign
If the first Third-Party Integration available to bind to a Campaign was invalid, it would fail to load the remaining Integrations. This has been changed so that now the list will attempt to set the active element with the first active Campaign and will show an error if it was unable to load the Integration.
[CP-22493] - Fixed: Genesys Pure Cloud Debug Logging
Debug messages are now correctly logged for CVA using Genesys Pure Cloud when the debug flag is set in the Environment config.
[CP-22624] - Fixed: Test result details reloading on User Dasboard
Attempting to view results as a User with the Dashboard only role would cause the results to consistently reload and not display correctly. Users with the "Dashboard" only role will now be able to drill down into results and inspect them as expected.
[CP-22773] - Fixed: Splunk Integration - Default category for successful results
The default category for successful results will now default to the last category defined for the service group (normally Completed). This would previously default to Answering.
