Cyara Virtual Agents are used in Campaigns to represent actual agents in your contact center Environment. Virtual Agents simulate existing Agents in your contact center infrastructure. To do this, the Agent needs to exist in your vendor's Configuration Manager. For more information on creating Agents, consult your vendor's documentation or your Systems Administrator.
As Virtual Agents are used to log in to your contact center environment, it is assumed that you have an understanding of your contact center environment, administration tasks, and terminology.
