Custom Activities are elements used to describe low-level steps and hide away the complexity from a user developing Behaviors. A Custom Activity holds information necessary to perform actions on the Virtual Agent's Desktop. The Custom Activities can be developed by an expert user. See the Desktop Script Reference section for the scripting language elements or contact your Cyara representative to arrange training or get assistance from the Professional Services team.
Custom Activities may use image resources from a Custom Resource library. Typically these image resources would be user interface element screenshots, if they do not expose any Microsoft automation interface (MSAA, UIA) and must be located by images.
After a library of Custom Activities is built, it is used in Agent
Behaviors to describe how an agent is interacting with a desktop.
