As part of Cyara best practices, we recommend breaking up long multi-phrase menus into individual prompts. CX Models support Multi-Step prompts, follow the steps below to include a Multi-step prompt in you CX Model that will flow through to the generated Test Cases.
When adding prompt text to an Element within a CX Model, in the right hand sidebar the
Prompt(s) menu appears.
To enter a Multi-Step Prompt, enter the prompt text and any relevant Tags into each prompt field. Click the "Add Prompt" button to add additional prompts. Additional Syntax errors will be displayed here if Tags are not implemented correctly.
Each prompt entered here will then be generated into individual Test Case Steps with no replies (The "Reply With" field for these steps are empty).
Note: The Post-Speech Silence Timeout (PSST) of the Test Case Steps are always locked in at a value of 0, except for the final Step in the Multi-Step prompt which is where you can specify the PSST value.
