CX Models can also include attached Data Sets to help navigate through a crawl process. See below for more information
Using a Data Set with CX Model to navigate a crawl.
- Create your Data File as a .csv that looks like the example table below: The
{Input} tells crawler to replace the variable [Account] for example with the
input into the Crawl at the specific Node
Member Name {Input} Account {Input} PIN {Input} Intent {Input} accttype Patty Lucas 1,2,0,0 1200 account balance checking - Under Tools select Test Data – The Upload New Data Set and select the CSV
file
- Create New CX Model and Provide the Name and Phone number and under Data Set
click Browse and select the Data File loaded above
- Click Create (Create will give you a blank canvas) or Create and Crawl (this will build up to the stopping point)
- Below is an example Create & Crawl, which creates two CX Model Elements.
- Now Clicking on the + and “Menu” option, placeholders can be created to capture
the transcribed prompts that lead up to the main menu by creating 3 more blank
Nodes as follows.
- Right Click and select “Crawl From here” at the first empty Element so it starts off on the first input entry - (in this case at the Element “Now your Pin” in the above example) and it will then crawl through each menu prompt – using the data element where the [] indicates the required input
- Set your crawl depth higher than 2 so it will capture all the nodes
-
Following the above example, below is what the outcome of the crawl which was using the data file to drive and complete the Elements.
