Cyara Portal users can subscribe/unsubscribe from Platform maintenance notifications.

To subscribe/unsubscribe from notifications, perform the following steps:

1. Log in to the Cyara Web Portal.
2. From the main menu, click Settings > Usersto view the list of users in the Account. Click on your Username and scroll down to Notifications section. Enable the option Subscribe to Platform Notifications.
   
   
3. In the Notifications section, an option called Subscribe to Platform Notifications is displayed. By default, this option is enabled as YES.
4. Select NO if you want to Unsubscribe from Platform Notifications.
5. Click the Save Details button to save changes.
