A user with the Platform User Administrator role needs to perform the
following steps to detach a User from an Account.
Navigate to
Administration >
Users and then select the User's row to be
deleted/detached.
Click the red
Delete or Detach button as shown below:
The pop-up window then gives the option to the Platform User
Administrator (in case the User is attached to multiple accounts) to either
detach or delete the User. The Platform User Administrator can confirm using
the screen below:
Another way to detach the User from an Account is by navigating to
the
Edit User screen as an Administrator. Scroll
to the
Accounts grid, highlight the Account (from
which the User should be detached), and then click the red
Detach Account button as shown below:
