Virtual Agent Variables

The keyname/variables that can be used for Data Rules and Custom Activities are provided in the tables below:

Table 1. **Interaction Properties**
Key Name	Description
Interaction.Id	Unique identifier for the session
Interaction.State	Current state of the interaction
Interaction.Source	The address of the originating party of the interaction (ANI in voice)
Interaction.Destination	The address of the destination party of the interaction (DNIS in voice)
Interaction.InteractionType	Represents whether the interaction is Consult or Conference
Interaction.OriginationType	Represents whether the interaction is Inbound or Outbound
Interaction.ConsultParty	The consulted party address
Interaction.UserData.*	Additional information for the interaction; replace the star with: Any attached data variable for Genesys callVariable1 to callVariable10 for Cisco UUI for Avaya
Interaction.ECC.*	Additional information for the Cisco Finesse specific interaction contained within ECC variables

Table 2. **Agent Properties**
Key Name	Description
Agent.Name	Name of the agent configured on the Portal
Agent.UserName	Switch Login/Agent ID configured on the Portal. This is used to log in to the media server
Agent.Extension	DN/Extension/Place of the agent configured on the Portal. This is used to log in to the media server
Agent.Queue	The queue on which the agent has logged in
Agent.State	Current State of the agent
Agent.CurrentInteractions.Count	The count of current (active) interactions of the agent
Agent.Attributes.*	A collection of additional agent attributes configured on the Portal. For example: Cyara.Agent.Attributes.Skill
Agent.ServiceAddress	The service address for Avaya AES Agent
Agent.ProfileName	The connection profile used for the Cisco agent
Agent.Host	The host for Cisco Finesse Agent
