22.2 Platform Features

[CP-26223] - Feature: New Special Syntax for Multi-Step Prompt terminating Step
The Cyara platform will accept a special syntax of three dots "..." on a terminating step of a Multi-Step Prompt, and allow to set both a PSST and Reply With.

[CP-24407] - Feature: Agent Bulk Import
Cyara Virtual Agents can now be imported in bulk using a CSV import. In this new CSV Import the AccountName column is now redundant. The import will now ignore the data in this column as new Agents will be imported automatically into the user account of the active login session.

[CP-26121] - Feature: API 3.0 reporting endpoints now contain full information about an Agent data validation step
API 3.0 Reporting Endpoints have been enhanced to include full information about CX-AX Agent validation step. Interaction data and actual key values have been added. For more information consult the API Reference Materials.

[CP-13663] - Feature: Email Test Case execution using media storage settings
Execution of Email Test Cases is now following Account settings with regards to media storage. Previously this was limited only to FileSystem storage.

22.2 Platform Updates

[CP-24709] - Changed: Allowing Symbols in Phone Numbers
A new setting was introduced to Voice Scheduler configuration to allow for configuring comma-separated list of Account IDs that are allowed to use # symbol in phone numbers on Test Cases.

[CP-26642] - Changed: Agent Import file limit is set to 5000
Import limit of 5000 records is set on a single csv file upload. If a single file contains more than 5000 records. it will not be imported and alert will be shown to user. Multiple files can be imported if more than 5000 agents are required.

22.2 Issue Fixes

[CP-26171] - Fixed: Multiple Updates for High Accessibility Issues
Below issues have been addressed to improve the accessibility of the Cyara Platform.
The Aria screen reader required a fix for User Create Username
Removed the mandatory "*" for Block Create Folder Path
Removed the mandatory "*" for Test Case Create Folder Path

[CP-26340] - Fixed: Synced Campaign Concurrency Exceeded
In a scenario where SIP connection errors are occurring when making a call, Voice Scheduler could incorrectly exceed the configured concurrency for the Synced Campaign.

[CP-26198] - Fixed: Desktop script encountering error if resource is used as part of desktop script
If a Cyara Desktop client script contained a resource(image), the RunNowScript and RunCampaign would incorrectly fail.

[CP-26122] - Fixed: SMS Expect match fail when message contained multiple whitespaces
An expect match can fail when the message contains multiple whitespaces between words. The Expect match now ensures that whitespace is flattened on the incoming message before the comparison is made.

[CP-26005] - Fixed: Deleting Campaigns in Aborting status
Campaigns in the Aborting status should not be able to be deleted. This attempt is now blocked.

[CP-25991] - Fixed: Outbound Load Test "Numbers to Accept" Change
Inconsistencies with the "Numbers to Accept" field validation on an Outbound Load Test have been fixed as this field is no longer present.

[CP-25985] - Fixed: CX Models - Model editor becomes unresponsive
When selecting an Element with children in a large heavily Module nested CX Model, the editor would freeze requiring the browser tab to be manually closed to resolve.

[CP-25844] - Fixed: Voice Scheduler error handling while expanding Test Cases
If there is an issue with Test Case structure in the main Cyara Database, in some scenarios, Voice Scheduler would not clearly indicate it to the user. This is now better handled by producing Test Results that display an Internal Error.

[CP-25828] - Fixed: CX Models - Step attributes not updated during Test Case Generation
Fixed an issue when CX Model Test Case generation updates existing Test Cases. In the case where a Step is updated, Step attributes are ignored. This becomes problematic if we're updating an existing Step that isn’t a Block, to one that is. In that case Voice Scheduler will not be able to run the Test Case.

[CP-25631] - Fixed: CE unable to make calls if it connects while in maintenance mode
When a Call Engine is in maintenance mode before connecting to Voice Scheduler, it won't be able to make calls unless the maintenance mode is disabled. If the Call Engine is put in maintenance mode after the connection is established, it will then function as intended.

[CP-25549] - Fixed: Voice Scheduler error level logs around result insertion
In some cases, when Test Case was manually stopped, Voice Scheduler would log an error level log line indicating that there were issues populating VoiceTestResultMeta table. This issue has been resolved and this scenario will no longer log error level messages.

[CP-24154] - Fixed: Changes to Auto Stop Campaign if connect step fails for Agents.
At present, if an Agent's connect step fails, the Campaign automatically stops. For example, if a Campaign was configured to run for 1000 agents and if a single/few agent's connect step has an issue due to incorrect Agent configuration (username/credentials/oauth keys), this automatic stop error would occur and the Campaign would have to be re-run after correcting affected Agent's configuration.
As part of this fix, this auto stop has been bypassed for such scenario. The Campaign auto stops only if all of the Agents of the Campaign fail on the initial connect step.

[CP-23213] - Fixed: Backup Group use on Prepare Timeout
If a 'PrepareForTestCase' request times out on Voice Scheduler, a backup group used for Pulse runs will then attempt the call again.

[CP-16673] - Fixed: Custom Reports in Leap Years
Custom Reports would incorrectly display an error when attempting to show a report that ran for an entire year if that year was a leap year.

[CP-14949] - Fixed: Interaction ID in Agent Result
While navigating from the Agent Results Dashboard to inspect individual result for an interaction, the Agent Result was missing the interaction identifier. This has been fixed.

Note: The 22.2 Release has a known issue with the Cut/Paste operation within a CX Model when pasting onto an Agent Node. The Copy/Paste operation functions correctly. A workaround for this issue is to Copy/Paste the Node you want to move onto an Agent Node, then delete the original instead of using the Cut/Paste operation. This issue will be addressed in an upcoming Cyara Release.
