22.3 Platform Features
[CP-27901] - Feature: Genesys9 Environment Attribute for language selection screen during login
A new environment attribute is added to skip 'Language Selection' screen during login process for Genesys environments who don't have 'Language Selection' screen check during wwe portal login process:
Few Genesys environments do not have a ‘Language selection’ screen during the login process. To make login step quicker for such an environment, this key is provided to skip ‘Language selection’ screen check wait time by specifying its value as ‘False’. If this key is not configured as ‘False’ for such environments, it will add an extra 30 sec of delay during the login process.
22.3 Platform Changes
[CP-24261] - Changed: Email Confirmation Status - Manual Approval
Platform Administrators can manually change the email confirmation status for other users in their Cyara Portal. Platform Administrators can also correct accidental confirmation by reverting the "Email Confirmed" flag. All such actions are recorded in Audit log. Platform Administrators cannot change their own email confirmation status via this method.
[CP-26547] - Changed: Web Test Cases now support Chrome 99
Selenium.WebDriver.ChromeDriver has been updated to version 99.0.4844.5100
22.3 Issue Fixes
[CP-27728] - Fixed: Incoming Call dropped in Voice Scheduler
A rare race condition in Cyara Voice Scheduler was observed and fixed, where the incoming call to a Call Engine would not be acted upon correctly when this race condition was hit, which would lead to a call being dropped.
[CP-27311] - Fixed: Cyara Platform - Folder Creation Performance Improvement
For accounts with around 10k folders, adding a new folder could take between a few seconds up to several minutes. This now has been resolved and a new folder will be added immediately.
[CP-26854] - Fixed: Virtual Agent - Readability improved for long attached data values
Previously long values received by an Agent would cause the screen to stretch and be hard to read. This has been improved by wrapping the long strings in the result reports so the value can be read completely.
[CP-26588] - Fixed: Synced Campaigns - Identifier already in use
In a scenario where Voice Scheduler would receive a 'Glare' from Call Engine, a Synced Campaign execution was not correctly handling CLI registration, which would result in 'Identifier already in use' failed result being stored in the database.
[CP-26442] - Fixed: CX Models - Introduced Test Case Generation Limit
To address performance issues in Portal due to CX Models that generate a very high number of Test Cases, we've introduced a Platform limit that will restrict the number of Test Cases a CX Model can generate.
[CP-24981] - Fixed: Synchronised Campaigns Execution - Combined Result Timeout
Under a certain set of circumstances where Cyara Virtual Agent Behaviour is shorter in duration than the associated Voice call, and the Cyara Database Service takes a bit longer to insert Test Result Summary, this interaction result could incorrectly be recorded as Failed / Timed out.
[CP-24962] - Fixed: CX Models - Editing Generated Blocks
Blocks generated from CX Models can now be modified and saved, without breaking the link back to the original CX Model.
