Welcome to the Cyara Knowledge Center

Real time reports are available for all Endpoint Campaigns Runs that are currently in progress. The report can be used to ensure all the endpoints are logged in successfully during the Campaign Run.

To view real-time reports for in-progress Endpoint Campaign Runs, from the Report menu option and click Endpoint Real-time.

The Real-time screen displays a snapshot of all Endpoint Campaign Runs that are currently in progress:

For each Endpoint Campaign, the table shows:

• Channel: The Type of Campaign.
• Campaign Name: The name of the in-progress Campaign.
• Date Run: The date and time when the Campaign commenced.
• Remaining Run Time: The estimated time remaining to complete the Campaign Run.
• Status: The current status of the Campaign.

Click the Campaign Name to view the registration status of all the Endpoint Switches included in the Campaign. You can also view the summary of how many Endpoints were registered, pending or failed to register .
