22.5 Platform Features

CP-29549 - Feature: Cisco Finesse 12.6 is now supported
Functional validation of Cisco Finesse 12.6 has been performed and approved for use with Cyara 22.5 onwards.

CP-26291 - Feature: Cyara LiveVQ GenesysPurecloud Support
The Cyara LiveVQ platform now supports GenesysPurecloud environments.

CP-29329 - Feature: Duplicating Shared Modules in CX Models
Duplicating a Shared Module is now available via the Action menu. Note: You can only duplicate a Shared Module in the CX Model root folder, duplicating in Shared Modules that exist within subfolders will result in an error popup.

CP-29107 - Feature: Extended sorting and searching capabilities on Agent real-time Report
The Agent Real-time report now includes the following additional capabilities:
(a) Ability to search across Agent Name, Site and Behaviours and to display only matching rows
(b) Sorting has been extended to encompass additional columns of the data-grid

CP-28330 - Feature: Filter by Agent status on Real-time report
The Agent Real-time report now includes the ability to display only agents which meet a status filter condition, such as Ready or Not Ready etc. The report header now allows users to select an agent status to filter the displayed data.

22.5 Platform Updates

CP-27671 - Cyara Identity Update

Cyara Identity has been upgraded to the latest version of the frameworks. With this new version:

• Authentication via SSO for the mobile app is no longer supported.

• Currently Single Logout (SLO) is not supported in this version of Cyara Identity.  This will be enabled in a future release.

CP-29324 - Changed: CX Model JSON Model Update
The CX Model JSON Model has been updated to include SharedModules

CP-29493 - Changed: Configurable Environment parameter is now available for AWS Connect login validation
In order to cater for an apparent change in the DOM selectors presented in various AWS regions, support is now provided to allow a custom selector to be defined and utilized for login validation purposes. If no selector is specified, the default value of "#logout" will be used.

CP-25302 - Fixed: CX Model notification link
Fixed broken link to the Test Case result details in the CX Model notification popup window.

CP-29277- Fixed: Test Result Details: Test Case parameter popup
Resolved an issue where the Test Case Result Details parameter popup window wouldn't display correctly when clicking the […] button to see Test Case parameters.

CP-28951- Fixed: CX Models with Data Driven Variables
When trying to generate a dataset with no Data Driven variables in CX model, an error message will now be surfaced to alert users correctly.

CP-18833 - Fixed: Pulse Custom Report export to PDF has resolved date format
Previously the exported PDF reports did not have correct culture formatting for dates. This has been now resolved to use the culture specified in the account.

CP-24276 - Fixed: Accessibility improved in Account User tables
Previously there were duplicate screen reader announcements of the table titles when a user was cycling through a user table with a keyboard. This has been resolved, the title will be announced only once.

CP-28939 - Fixed: Unable to start requested number of WebRTC browser sessions 
Resolved an issue where the required number of Browser Sessions would not start correctly if they were distributed between multiple WebRTC based services.

CP-29055 - Fixed: Active Endpoint constraint
When attempting to save an Endpoint as Active, it would erroneously consider the SBC Peer settings on other non-Active Endpoints and prevent the saving due to a duplicate SBC Peer.

CP-29164 - Fixed: Help link for test result audio inspector has been fixed
The link assisting new users to use Audio Inspector was pointing to an old help location. This has now been resolved and linked to the correct article.

CP-29173 - Fixed: Service Library response body editor fixed
Service Editor for requests that POST a body in JSON or XML format had an issue where the editor cursor was not drawn in a correct position. This has been now resolved and functions as expected.
