Now the default view on portal login will be ‘Last Day’, previously it was set to the last selection, causing inconsistency in data presentation.
Agent Monitoring shows agent’s download and upload network speed in Mbps now.
Replace network performance category with actual upload/download data from most recent healthcheck
LiveVQ - Change the team selector in the filter dialog to use chips like the tag selector
Setting page, References to AWS is now made vendor agnostic and applicable to multiple CCaaS platforms.
Now ‘both’ graphs in the analysis pages have a colour legend for easier understanding
LiveVQ->Settings->Download Speed for Agent widget is now aligned left as per Upload Speed for Agent widget

Fixed an issue with Combined voice quality graph values (min/max/avg) where the average line was not sitting inside of the shadow of the min/max range.
Disable pooling of data when the page becomes invisible
LiveVQ->Filter Dialog->Team and Tags Select All behaving differently
