22.8 Platform Features
CP-30952 - Feature: Service Library OAuth 2.0 Authentication
Service Library now supports Oauth2 authentication with Client Credentials grant type. This will make it easier to integrate with modern application gateways.
CP-31260 - Feature: Virtual Agent - Genesys Cloud CX - Hold/Retrieve support
Genesys Cloud CX virtual agent adapter has been improved to support scenarios with call hold / retrieve activities.
CP-31261 - Feature: Virtual Agent - Amazon Connect - Hold/Retrieve support
Amazon Connect virtual agent adapter has been improved to support scenarios with call hold / retrieve activities.
CP-31793 - Feature: Amazon Connect - Consult Transfer
The "Consult Transfer" activity is now supported for Amazon Connect. The destination can be either “queue_name” or “agent_name“, the value provided here should exactly match the quickconnect name connfigured within Amazon Connect.
22.8 Platform Updates
CP-13037 - Changed: CX Models - Standardising right click and 3 dot menus
Standardised the available options to select when either right clicking or selecting the 3 dot menu from CX Model nodes. Disabled "select with children" and "create module from selection" context menu options for goto nodes within CX Models.
CP-30619- Changed: Dashboard footer date and time timezone display
The pulse Dashboard footer now includes the dashboard time zone. This makes it easier to match up the failure time.
CP-31769 - Changed: New WaitFor Web Test Case function
Added a new method to wait for an element to appear within a Web Test Case.

CP-31818 - Changed: ID6 Update for on-premise version of Cyara (22.8)
Authentication via SSO for the mobile app is no longer supported.
Currently Single Logout (SLO) is not supported in this version of Cyara Identity. This will be enabled in a future release.
22.8 Issue Fixes
CP-11385 - Fixed: CX Folder delete report
When deleting a folder which had sub folders, the report displaying the list of folders removed could keep re-rendering the list in a different order.
CP-13119 - Fixed: Handled invalid CX Model import
CP-26723 - Fixed: Cyara Web Test Case returns 404 Exception
When a Web Test Case failed on a website with multiple <iframe> elements in the source page, the HTML sources for the <iframe> tags would be captured for the failed step, and each of these HTML sources should be downloadable. Attempting to download them, however, could sometimes lead to a GeneralError. Two safeguards have now been added to address this issue:
- If the frame is malformed, the Cyara backend will not attempt to capture its HTML source.
- If the requests of some of the frames aren't completed in time, HTML sources of the successful requests will still be uploaded to the platform.
CP-28900 - Fixed: Database deadlocks when running synchronised campaigns
In a particular sequencing scenario, a SQL Server deadlock would be encountered when inserting synchronised campaign run results.
CP-29443 - Fixed: Optional AudioLength for CallEngine Lite returning the right value
Optional AudioLength tag when using CallEngine Lite was causing some test cases to time out.

CP-31226 - Fixed: CX Model error on empty Module
CP-31594 - Fixed: Improved CX Model Notification Link
The hyperlink on the CX Model Notification: "Skipping validation for Test Case as no valid scenarios can be found in the attached Dataset.“ would sometimes fail to highlight the relevant node in the model.
CP-31817 - Fixed: Links to historical reports fixed in Agent real-time report
Resolved an issue where using the sort function within the Agent real-time reports to the link to the historical report would stop working.
