Sites are used by the Cyara Web Portal to identify and communicate with different installations of the Virtual Agent service. 'Site' is a unique name that a specific instance of the service uses for identification purposes, and is defined in the Virtual Agent service configuration file.
- Ensure that all the Sites in your setup are configured. In distributed setups there will be more than one Site. You need to have at least one Site configured in order to create Agents and execute Campaigns.
- You need to specify a default Site while creating the Virtual Agent.
