Adding a Genesys Engage 8.5 Agent
The following values are required to configure a Genesys Engage 8.5 (formerly Genesys PureEngage Cloud) Agent.
- Server Select the Server that has been previously configured. More information on how to add a Genesys Engage 8.5 Server.
- DN – Agent’s place. The Place must have a configured extension.
- Switch Login – Genesys Agent “User Name”, part of agent “General / Internal Authentication” settings.
- Switch Password – Genesys Agent Password, part of agent “General / Internal Authentication” settings.
- Login attribute – Genesys Agent Login ID, part of
agent “Agent Info / Login IDs” configuration settings.
Adding a Genesys Engage 9 Agent
The following values are required to configure a Genesys Engage 9 (formerly Genesys PureEngage Cloud) Agent.
- Server Select the Server that has been previously configured. More information on how to add a Genesys Engage 9 Server
- DN – It can have any dummy value. Example: 100
- Switch Login – Genesys Agent “User Name”, part of agent “General / Internal Authentication” settings.
- Switch Password – Genesys Agent Password, part of agent “General / Internal Authentication” settings.
