Cyara integrations are enabled by Integration Hub, a component of the Cyara Platform designed to deliver a scalable approach to integrating to a range of 3rd party systems.
The integrations can be modified and changed to adapt to the requirements of the target system. The flexibility of the Integration Hub allows you to pull information from a Cyara Campaign into a ticketing or support system, for example, allowing you to use your existing support infrastructure with the Cyara Platform.
To enable this feature, please contact your Platform Administrator.
After the Integrations feature is enabled, your user account must be provisioned to use the Integration Hub. For information on adding impersonation users, see Adding an Impersonation User.
Currently, the Integration Hub is supported only for Cloud based Cyara Platforms. Support for On-Premise installations of the Integration Hub will be added in a future release.
